Amelia Island's mascot is the pirate - given our history with their likes - and here's one who will greet you at the oldest operating saloon in Florida. The Palace Saloon has been (and is) host to Rockefellers, Carnegies, pirate-types, professionals and tradesmen. They're now known for their particularly potent Pirate's Punch.
