On my walk this evening I saw my two favorite sushi chefs hard at work, as they would be on a Friday night, and I popped in to grab a quick photo. Never interrupt a chef at work. Tandy and Tony are at "Bonito," a really great Asian Fusion restaurant just up the street from our inn. One time a guest asked me what "fusion" meant and - before I had a chance to offer an explanation - her husband answered "expensive"...
