This pretty yellow house was the original convent for the Sisters of St. Joseph back in the 1800's. The Sisters started the St. Joseph's Convent school which has now evolved into the well-respected and well-restored St. Michael's Academy. Two of the Sisters died helping fight the yellow fever epidemic of 1877; two caught it, but survived. Now this house is owned by my friend, Pam.
