This pretty sunset porch is one of many that you'll find throughout Fernandina. Around here, you can start your day watching sunrise with your toes in the sand, walk over the dunes to Ft. Clinch State Park, cross the marsh in the middle of the island and walk into town to the riverfront for breakfast. The island is only two miles wide at its widest point. You're always near water. So we like to take advantage of our sunrises and sunsets, since we have such great unobstructed views.
