This recently restored house is now on the market. It was in horrible condition before this outstanding restoration. Someone has taken a lot of time and effort to do things properly. We're told that, on average, we lose one historic home a year within the district to fire, neglect, etc., so we're always heartened to see one saved - particularly in so nice a fashion.
