For little girls. Twisted Sisters' children's shop, Twisted Kids, always has really cute stuff in the window. Sometimes it's just so cute that it can't be contained. I'm assuming that this is for Christmas but it could be left over from the Georgia/ Florida game weekend with all of that Bulldog red.

Holiday Finery
