Bird of Paradise

One of my all time favorite flowers, the Bird of Paradise, is just peeking up from amidst the vast flower garden of the Easter Egg Cottage. When Bill and I honeymooned in Hawaii (25 1/2 years ago) these were on full display everywhere we went. Living in Baltimore at the time, I dreamed of living in a place "where the Birds of Paradise bloom". Hello Amelia Island.
