Local Shrimp

One of the advantages of living in the modern day shrimping capitol of the world is that you can walk down to the river, find a Fernandina shrimper and buy very fresh shrimp for about $4.00 a pound - which is exactly what we did for tonight's dinner. That two and a half pound bag represents two night's worth of five dollar dinners for us. Not bad, huh? And, yes, it was good... and tender... and flavorful. Mmmmmmmmm.
