Candyland Gate Tree

There seems to be a bit of a Candyland theme going on in Fernandina this year and I don't mind one little bit. Always a fan of the sweeter side of life, I enjoy creative uses of candy whether the end result is edible or not. This fun tree looks good enough to eat but I probably wouldn't, given that the critters have had first crack at it. Now if this was hanging on an inside door... I might not be responsible for my actions.

And my regular readers have probably already guessed that this tree is on the gate at the Easter egg cottage.
