We encourage our guests who arrive stressed out and in need of calm to just go sit by the Amelia River - anywhere - and stare. Pretty soon, the shoulders start to drop, the pulse slows down and the rythm of the island takes over. Many people are under the mistaken impression that a sense of relaxation only comes from sitting on a beach and looking at the ocean. They're wrong. I challenge you to take the test.
