Ha! That is so funny! I saw the first picture and thought "What are those?" Then I read your note - wisteria! I have a very large bush in the front of my house, I just didn't recognize it because mine is nowhere near blooming!
I had no idea that wisteria bloomed that far north. I thought that it ended in the Carolinas. I guess that I could have had some when we lived in Baltimore.
When it is in full bloom (which will be a while yet) I will post some pictures and let you know.
